QUESTIONS FROM THE PADDOCK.

IS THE BETA FREE?
Yes. Nobody pays or needs a card during the beta. On launch day every tester gets 6 months of the Driver plan free. You add a card to start them, and you aren't charged until the 6 months are up.
WHAT DO I NEED?
A Windows PC and iRacing. We test on Simagic and Logitech wheels.
DOES MY TELEMETRY LEAVE MY PC?
No. Your sim telemetry stays on your PC. Your account only holds your name and email.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPEN AND CLOSED BETA?
The closed beta is a small group under NDA that gets early builds and the $6.99 founding-tester rate for life, as long as the subscription stays active.
WHEN DOES THE BETA START?
The open beta starts on 1 December 2026 at 7:00 pm US Central time. The full launch follows after the beta. Join the grid and we'll tell you first.
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
Yes. Grid Central and the open beta are for drivers aged 16 and over. The closed beta is for drivers aged 18 and over, because it includes a confidentiality agreement. Testers aged 16 or 17 need a parent or guardian to add the card on launch day.
